Golf Society Booking Form
To book a society
day at Mitcham please complete and submit the booking form below. We will confirm
your provisional booking via email. To confirm the booking we will require a deposit
of £5.00 per player. Details of the total amount due and how to pay the
deposit will be in the confirmation email.
If either the date or tee
time which you have requested are not available, we will suggest an alternative
for your consideration.
Please complete all fields relevant to your booking.
